Is great to see your web site and push for biochar.
Also impressed to see you are based in Uki.
I was the construction, commissioning engineer and operator of the Enersludge project in Perth in late 1990’s to early 2000. We used a pyrolysis process to convert sewage sludge to bio-diesel with bio char as another product. Was the first full scale pyrolysis plant in the world – running 20T of sludge per day creating approx. 1 T of biochar and 300L of oil per day.
I am currently living in Burringbar so am unsure if I can help in some way in the biochar cause. Flick me an email or give me a ring if you wish to chat.

Yep, just over the hill sort of to the west of you. Have been looking into biochar for a while, but health issues and operations have got in the way. Would love to come over for the next one, but not allowed to travel far or long yet. Please let me know of one later this year or early next please as soon as possible so I can plan for a getaway.

    Hi Dolph,

Great to learn about biochar Australia project and what the stuff is. I am aiming up my dive into the wonderful world of, and wished to enquire as to whether either you yourself, or any other place nearby provided camp grounds or facilities? It will require a 2 day road trip, still worth it.
